Hiking in Nepal offers a wide range of spectacular views encompassing everything from the world’s tallest mountain to jungle walks and everything in-between. Every trek be it mountain or valley allows travelers to absorb the unique traditions, architecture and hospitality of the Nepalese people. Many short 1-3 day hikes are available throughout the country allowing travelers to leisurely explore each region while admiring the local scenery, flora and fauna of each region. Hiking is suitable for children, elderly and offers a great way to explore less crowded areas of Nepal for time-constrained travelers.

Altitude sickness is no problem as all hiking occurs at lower altitudes and generally consists of 3 to 6 hours of hiking per day depending on the route and your level of fitness. These walks will take you through fantastic scenery including peaceful babbling brooks, remote villages, dense forests and breathtaking panoramic views. You will stay in a hotel or resort on the way offering both Nepalese and international. This is the perfect way to have a stress free experience in Nepal as a car will transport you to the start of the trail and all you goods will be brought to your destination leaving you to travel unburdened. All you need to do is pack a small bag with some water and a camera and enjoy everything Nepal has to offer.
