Why Good Karma Trekking?
Altitude Sickness Possibility, Symptoms and Preventive Measures
The possibility of altitude sickness is high during the Rolwaling Trek, which is an alpine mountain journey. From day 2 of the journey, you will be above 3,000 meters and only on the 11th day will you lower down to 2,000 meter range elevation.
