We are opening our doors to passionate volunteers—both from Nepal and around the world—who want hands-on experience in sustainable tourism, community engagement, and adventure travel across Nepal, Tibet, and Bhutan.
What You Will Gain
Practical Experience: Work directly alongside experienced mountain guides, logistics managers, and travel planners.
Theoretical Knowledge: Understand the fundamentals of eco-tourism, itinerary design, safety management, and sustainable hospitality.
Cultural & Community Exchange: Connect deeply with local communities and contribute directly to responsible Himalayan tourism.
Skill Building: Develop skills in digital promotion, guest relations, trekking operations, and sustainable community initiatives.
Who We Are Looking For
Enthusiastic, open-minded individuals passionate about travel, culture, and mountain conservation.
Local Nepali youths seeking practical entry into the travel industry, as well as international volunteers eager to exchange knowledge.
Team players with a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and respect for local traditions and ecosystems.
