Who We’re Looking For

Our Team Roles
We regularly seek applications for various positions, both in our Kathmandu office and in the field:
- Trekking Guides: Experienced, licensed, and knowledgeable guides who lead groups safely and share insights into local culture and natural beauty.
- Assistant Guides / Sherpas: Supporting roles for our lead guides, often with opportunities for growth into lead guide positions.
- Porters: Essential team members who assist with carrying luggage and equipment, vital to the success of our treks.
- Office Staff:
- Travel Consultants: Assisting clients with trip planning, bookings, and inquiries.
